PVC Insulated Electrical Wire Applications
For laying indoors and outdoors. Able to bear certain traction during installation, but not external mechanical forces. Laying single core cable in magnetic ducts is not allowed.
PVC Insulated Electrical Wire Construction
Conductor : Annealed Copper Conductor as per IEC 60228
≤6mm2 solid (class 1) or stranded (class 2)
>6mm2 stranded (class 2)
Flexible conductor(class 5) optional.
Insulation : PVC(polyvinyl chloride) rated at 70 OC
Metallic Screen optional : Copper tape or copper wires braiding
Armored optional: :Aluminum wire or stainless steel tape for single core cable, Steel wire or steel tape for multi core cable
Sheath : PVC or FR-PVC type ST2 to IEC 60502, black or red
